SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer two shipping options for Canadian orders:
- Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping – Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
United States We ship to the US with the following options:
- Standard International – Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days
- Express International – Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping We ship to over 26 countries worldwide via Canada Post, DHL Express, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada Post – 10–20 business days
- DHL Express – 3–7 business days
- FedEx – 3–7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Rest of World For all other destinations, we offer DHL Express and FedEx shipping. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import duties levied by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
